This gourdess was a two-fold gift. I was asked to create her
for someone’s Mom and I gained a beautiful friend in the process.
It was an honor and privilege to create something for such an
accomplished artist as Jacqueline.
The headdress is made from parrot feathers, courtesy of
her parrot. She was dyed using Dr. Ph. Martin’s Watercolors
allowing the natural shading of the gourd to show through.
